Parklands is only 1.6miles from Northallerton train station, with direct connections to York for a fantastic day out. We are also situated idealistically between both the Yorkshire Dales & Moors.
For those not wanting to travel far, the historic market town of Richmond is less than 30 minutes away offering incredible views, restaurants and a castle that attracts visitors from around the world!

Fishing Lakes and Tackle Shop
We have two well stocked fishing lakes with 52 fishing platforms. Parklands Lake is a long canal style lake and Kingfisher Lake is more of a feeder-based lake. Our fishing tackle shop has a huge selection of big brand items, perfect for fishing on our lakes or venturing off into the Yorkshire countryside.
Parkands Cafe
Our on-site café serves up a delicious selection of hot and cold food with comfortable indoor seating, or you can enjoy your morning latte overlooking the tranquil lakes.
Golf Club
Next to Parklands, set in Romanby in 200 acres of tranquil parkland is an 18-hole championship golf course. There’s also a 12-bay floodlit driving range too.
